Collection: Hydroponic Asian Greens

Our hydroponic vegetables are grown with organic and all natural nutrients. Growing hydroponically has many benefits, for instance our systems use 80% less water than soil crops. Because the plant has a consistent nutrient balance and oxygen to their roots, they are not pron to pests or diseases. This is a huge advantage as there is no need for any pesticides or herbicides. The plants grow under protection of a clearspan greenhouse with zero soil exposure.

The growing medium ( Pod ) is an organic fine- milled sphagnum peat moss that is compostable , and on certain varieties can be replanted.

Your hydroponic vegetables will remain “ living” , if stored properly, until consumption giving you 100% of the plants nutrients and flavor. You will have zero waste.

Recommended storage : 38-40 degrees ( refrigerator ) with a damp cloth or storage bin with top. This will keep the leaves from dehydrating or wilting.
